Create a perfect silicone blend by combining it with our trusted curing catalyst, YS-886, at a precise 100:2 ratio. Achieving optimal results with YS-886 is as simple as adding just 2%. The more you incorporate, the faster the curing process, while reducing the amount will extend drying time.
At room temperature (25 degrees Celsius), a 2% addition provides an impressive operation time of over 48 hours. When the plate temperature reaches approximately 70 degrees, our specialized oven can further expedite the drying process in just 8-12 seconds.
Our anti-slip silicone for printing ensures a flawless, smooth surface, extended processing time, effortless creation of a 3D effect, and reduced printing time, minimizing waste and enhancing overall efficiency. For a glossy finish, consider using our shinny silicone, YS-8830H, for a single surface coating.
