First, silicone foam common reasons:

Treatment method: Select the appropriate mesh number and reasonable thickness of the plate (100-120 mesh), and bake after appropriately extending the leveling time on the table.
2. Baking heats up too fast;
Treatment method: master the baking temperature and time, even temperature blowing until the surface is dry
3. The board is too thick, too much slurry at one time, and the bubbles are difficult to discharge quickly;
Treatment method: Adjust the strength during printing, and control the pulp amount with printing techniques;
4. The slurry leveling is not good, too thick;
Treatment method: Appropriate addition of silica gel thinner can speed up defoaming and leveling

Second, the common reasons affecting the fastness of silica gel:
1. The amount of curing agent added is not enough, and it is not completely cured;
Treatment method: Adding curing agent correctly, adding amount as standardized as possible, so that the slurry is completely cured
2. The surface of the fabric is smooth, poor water absorption, and has been waterproof treatment;
Treatment method: For ordinary smooth fabrics and elastic fabrics, silicone bottom is used for rounded corners. For fabrics with waterproof treatment, silicone adhesive YS-1001series or YS-815series can enhance the fastness;
3. The slurry is too thick, and the penetration of the bottom layer is not strong;
Treatment method: The silica gel used for the base can be properly adjusted the dilution of the slurry, and it is recommended that the amount of diluent be added within 10%;
4. Poisoning caused by silicone dry, resulting in no fastness
Treatment method: Before the production of large goods, the cloth is tested to determine that the cloth has no poisoning phenomenon and mass production is carried out. Minor poisoning phenomenon can be solved by increasing the amount of curing agent. Serious poisoning cloth needs to use universal anti-poisoning additives.

Three, silicone sticky hands
Causes: 1, the amount of curing agent added is insufficient, not completely cured;
Treatment method: ensure sufficient baking time, so that the slurry is completely cured;
2. the proportion of color paste is too high (white add about 10-25%, other colors 5%-8%);
Treatment method: reduce the specific gravity of color paste, or increase the amount of curing agent; In addition, a thin layer of matte silicone can be covered on the surface, without affecting the thickness of the silicone, so that the hand feel becomes more cool.

Four, silica gel sublimation common reasons:
1. Red, yellow, blue, black and other dark fabrics, easy to sublimate due to dyeing problems;
Treatment method: After transparent silicone base, then print anti-sublimation silicone;
2. The curing temperature is too high;
Treatment method: sublimation phenomenon of cloth, try to avoid high temperature curing, you can increase the curing speed by adding more curing agent

Fifth, the silicone covering power is not enough, generally the amount of color paste added is not enough, can be appropriate to improve the amount of color paste added, normal white is recommended to add within 10-25%, other color paste within 8%; Print designs on dark fabrics with a white base before scraping.
