Color Perfection: Start by mixing high-density silicone YS-8810 with a 2% dose of catalyst YS-886. This precise blend ensures vibrant colors. Apply the mixture to PET silicone special film, controlling the thickness and allowing for a slight drying process between applications.
Precision Printing: To guarantee accurate printing at every position, incorporate 2% catalyst YS-886 into cross linker YS-815. Perform two rounds of printing, curing slightly each time to maintain strong adhesion. This meticulous approach ensures every detail is captured.
Layering for Texture: When using powder-containing glue YS-62, apply 4-8 layers as needed. There's no need for baking; simply allow the glue to air-dry to achieve the desired thickness. This versatile technique adds texture and depth to your labels.
Curing for Durability: After printing, place the labels in an oven and set the temperature between 140-150 degrees Celsius. Bake for 30-40 minutes to ensure thorough curing, enhancing durability.
