USE TIPS YS-9810 /YS-8810
Mix silicone with curing catalyst YS-886 at ratio 100:2
For curing Catalyst YS-886 , It is usually added by 2%。The more you add, will dry more faster, and the less you add, the will dry more slower

When you add 2%, at room temperature of 25 degrees, the operation time is more than 48 hours,when the plate temperature reaches 70 degrees or so ,and the oven machine can be baked 8-12 Second will surface dry.

When you add 2%, at room temperature of 25 degrees, the operation time is more than 12 hours,when the move oven temperature reaches 120 degrees or so ,cure it back and forth will surface dry.
Sharp HD Silicone For Printing can have good smooth surface,longer proceed time,easy have high density 3D effect,reduce the print time ,no waste,enhance the working efficiency.
When need matte or shinny effect,please print one time surface coating by matte /shinny silicone.
It also can add matte silicone ink to get half matte effect.
If the silicone can not be used up on the day, the remaining can be stored in the refrigerator and can be used again the next day.
High density silicone can mix pigment to make color printing,also can direct printing as base silicone on fabrics.
